Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for Claims/RCM QA to oversee charge posting and claims management quality across multiple practices. You will supervise teams, audit submissions, and drive process improvements using data-driven insights.

The role focuses on QA auditing, compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines, and collaboration with leadership to standardize processes and training across sites. Strong Excel and BPM tooling experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding and claims submission workflows.
• Experience with QA auditing and process improvement.
• Supervisory experience or QA-focused leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise charge posting and claims readiness teams across internal and offshore resources.
• Review and audit claims submissions, edits, and rejections for quality and timeliness.
• Track and report trends in errors and performance to leadership.
• Create dashboards using PowerBI and other reporting tools.
• Maintain QA procedures and SOPs in line with billing guidelines.
• Provide training on billing protocols and regulatory updates.
