Job summary

Spectrum Billing Solutions is seeking an RCM Client Success Lead to help healthcare organizations optimize their revenue cycle management. This role can be fully remote or operate in a home-office hybrid setup.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of client relationship management experience and healthcare/RCM familiarity, with strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to delivering results.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of client relationship management experience.
• 1–3 years of Healthcare and/or RCM experience.
• Experience in ABA or other Behavioral Healthcare preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering quality work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications.
• Assist with new client implementations.
• Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
• Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
• Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members.
• Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in meetings with new and existing clients.
• Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings.
