Job summary

OneOncology, LLC is seeking a Supervisor for RCM Authorization to oversee the daily operations of the authorization team handling urology procedures, imaging, drugs, and surgeries. You will ensure adherence to payer guidelines, coordinate with physicians, and drive KPI achievement.

Ideal candidates bring extensive RCM/authorization experience, strong knowledge of ICD10/CPT/HCPCS codes, and supervisory skills to lead a team while maintaining high-quality client service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of RCM healthcare experience including authorizations.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance payer guidelines and medical policies.
• Knowledge of ICD10, CPT and HCPCS codes.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a community urology setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations and supervision of the Authorization team for urology procedures.
• Communicates payer authorization guideline revisions and policy changes to staff.
• Escalates reimbursement issues with physicians/clinical staff.
• Provides orientation and on-site training for new employees.
• Develops policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare client/leadership reports.
