Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated ABA professionals to deliver one-on-one services with flexible scheduling across the United States, including remote work from home. We provide two-month paid training, ongoing CEUs, and a supportive clinical network to help you grow.

RBT certification is required before working. All positions start off part-time with opportunities for case diversity and professional development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
