Job summary

BK Behavior is hiring RBTs for part-time ABA services nationwide. You can work from home anywhere in the USA or provide in-person care in service states. The role offers a two-month training period with paid income and ongoing CEUs, mentor support, and a strong team environment.

You will join a network of BCBA leaders and clinical directors who support growth, with opportunities to advance as you build case load and experience across multiple states.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage with families and foster a positive learning environment.
