Job summary

BK Behavior offers flexible, part-time opportunities nationwide to qualified ABA professionals. You can work from home anywhere in the USA or provide in-person care in service states, with licensing provided. A two‑month paid training is included to help you grow while earning income.

We emphasize ongoing CEUs, clinical support, and a strong peer network. RBT certification is required before working, and part-time roles are available with rapid scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Ability to record session data and maintain accurate records.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing CEUs and training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with clinical team and families for care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
