Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services across the USA. You can work remotely from home or in client homes, building skills and supporting independence with evidence-based interventions. Training and ongoing clinical support are provided to help you grow within the network.

Flexibility with caseloads and scheduling, plus access to CEUs and a supportive team, make this a strong fit for professionals committed to ABA and child development.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
