Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time, remote opportunities across the USA, including in-home and community-based ABA services. You will work with clients to implement evidence-based interventions, track progress, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team. Training is provided to help you grow in your role.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and be compassionate.
• Patience and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately and maintain documentation.
