Job summary

BK Behavior is hiring RBTs to provide ABA services across the USA. You can take on 3 cases or 10, work from home anywhere in the USA, or provide in-person care in service states. We offer a two-month paid training period with income, plus onboarding and ongoing CEUs.

We provide maternity leave, PTO, and a supportive leadership team focused on professional growth, with opportunities for advancement and a robust clinical support network.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent record-keeping and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with clinical team and caregivers.
