BK Behavior is hiring RBTs for part-time roles across the United States. You can schedule around your life, take on 3 to 10 cases, and work from home anywhere in the USA or provide in-person care in service states.

A two-month training period is offered with funded income, plus ongoing CEUs and clinical support to help you grow. We invest in your development with BK Academy, scholarships, and a robust mentorship network led by senior BCBAs and clinical directors.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Experience delivering one-on-one ABA services in homes or community settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
