BK Behavior is seeking RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients across the United States. You can build a flexible part-time schedule and work from home or in client homes in service states, with licensure provided nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working with clients.
• Patience and compassion when supporting children with autism.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behaviors.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
