A two-month paid training program supports your growth, with ongoing CEUs and clinician support to ensure success. We offer same-day pay options and a supportive team, with opportunities to advance within the organization as you gain experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work in clients' homes or community settings.
• Strong communication and patience in interactions with families and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage families.
