Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated RBTs for part-time roles that can be performed remotely across the USA. You will deliver ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, recording data and supporting skill-building with families.

Training is provided, including two months of onboarding and ongoing CEUs. Expect a supportive clinical team and opportunities for growth within a nationwide network of clients and clinicians.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working in ABA.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Patient, compassionate and able to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
