Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking enthusiastic RBTs to deliver in-home ABA services across the USA, with flexible part-time schedules and the option to work remotely or in client homes. You will receive same-day pay after clocking in, ongoing CEUs, and a supportive clinical team.

We offer a six-month commitment for new hires, comprehensive paid training, and opportunities for career growth within our nationwide network of BCBA supervision and client care.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion to work with children with autism.
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA practices.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in-home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment and engage families.
