Job summary

BK Behavior seeks dedicated ABA professionals to join a practice built by ABA professionals. You can work from home anywhere in the USA or provide in‑person care in service states, building your schedule around your life. A two-month paid training program supports growth while earnings continue.

RBT certification and experience in ABA are valued. We offer opportunities for part-time work, with a strong clinical team providing ongoing CEUs and support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and help children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence.
• Serve on the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
