Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking compassionate ABA professionals to join a nationwide practice. You can work from home anywhere in the USA, or provide in-person care in any of our service states. You build your schedule around your life, with flexible hours and caseload options.

Two-month paid training, ongoing CEUs, clinical support, and a strong peer network help you grow. RBT certification is preferred, with pathways to supervision and advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Maintain accurate session data and progress notes.
• Participate in ongoing CEUs and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA interventions under supervision and partner with clinical team.
• Record and monitor client progress and treatment fidelity.
• Engage families and caregivers to support goals.
