Job summary

SkyePoint Decisions seeks a Research Application Services (RAS) Project Manager to coordinate cybersecurity support for RAS environments. You will act as the primary link among program leadership, cybersecurity teams, researchers, and Government stakeholders to ensure security, compliance, and operational activities are planned and executed.

This role oversees schedules, stakeholder communications, risk management, and integration of RAS requirements with broader cybersecurity operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a IT/cybersecurity/related field; Federal IT experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience supporting Federal IT or cybersecurity programs.
• Experience coordinating cybersecurity, compliance, or technology programs.
• Familiarity with NIST RMF (SP 800-37), FISMA, federal cybersecurity requirements, and IT governance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cybersecurity support activities for Research Application Services (RAS).
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Serve as central coordination point between RAS stakeholders and cybersecurity teams.
• Coordinate participation in governance reviews, risk reviews, and continuous monitoring activities.
• Ensure RAS activities are integrated into portfolio-level cybersecurity reporting and executive materials.
• Coordinate across cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and business teams.
• Monitor progress and keep activities aligned with objectives.
• Facilitate status meetings, discussions, and action-item reviews.
• Track risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
• Integrate RAS cybersecurity activities into the overall program management framework.
