Railserve is seeking dependable Crew Leaders to lead field crews in Texas and Kansas (Remote). Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5-7 years of experience in railroad track construction.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to operate and train others on heavy equipment.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Certification when working on FRA-regulated track.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct crews performing track construction and rail yard work.
• Plan and coordinate materials, equipment, and staffing for projects.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with FRA rules and company procedures.
• Oversee daily crew activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Train and onboard new employees.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet timelines.
• Support cost control and efficient use of resources.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
