Openkrill is seeking a Product Specialist to drive live demonstrations and customer engagement across radiology product suites. You will translate complex clinical workflows into actionable demos and collaborate with Sales to tailor solutions for each customer.

The role requires strong radiology domain knowledge, IT fluency, and the ability to present to clinical, technical, and executive audiences. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Clinical radiology experience with knowledge of cross-sectional imaging and mammography workflows.
• Understanding of radiology operations and imaging informatics within healthcare IT systems.
• Experience with PACS, RIS, EHR/EMR, voice recognition, or related clinical systems.
• Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, APIs, integrations, and interoperability concepts.
• Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver expert product demonstrations and sales engagements.
• Develop reusable sales enablement materials, scripts, and workflow scenarios.
• Partner with Sales to support customer meetings, demonstrations, and workflow assessments.
• Translate clinical workflows and technology capabilities for clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Contribute to RFP responses, site visits, and customer-specific demonstrations.
• Configure, validate, and maintain demonstration environments and sample workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams on feedback and issues.
• Evaluate emerging AI, analytics, automation, and workflow optimization tools.
• Support product validation, implementations, training, and customer feedback initiatives.
• Serve as a clinical resource for radiology workflows and imaging informatics.
