Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Radiology Coordinator PRN Afternoons to coordinate radiology operations remotely. You will liaise with radiologists, hospital teams and IT to ensure smooth workflow and will manage calls, verify identities, and relay results.

You will prep exams with prior studies, balance workloads, and support PACS, RIS and voice recognition systems. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Healthcare, Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years healthcare operations experience.
• Strong understanding of radiology information systems (PACS, RIS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clinical/non-clinical audiences.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between radiologists, hospital teams, IT and admin to support radiology operations.
• Manage physician calls, verify identities, relay results and connect clinical teams with radiologists.
• Prepare exams for interpretation by attaching prior exams and notes, monitor worklists.
• Provide technical and operational support across PACS, RIS and related systems.
• Foster a collaborative, detail-oriented, team-focused environment.
