Qualifications
- 15+ years of Healthcare IT / Radiology Informatics / Clinical Application experience.
- 8+ years of team leadership, technical leadership, or service delivery management.
- Experience leading enterprise Radiology/PACS support teams.
- Strong understanding of clinical support models and Radiology systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead Radiology Clinical Applications Support team for L2/L3 support of enterprise imaging applications.
- Provide technical and operational leadership across radiology application support activities.
- Ensure SLA, incident, problem, change management and escalation processes are met.
- Coordinate vendor engagements and drive incident response and RCA for critical issues.
- Oversee PACS, VNA, imaging environments and DICOM/HL7 integrations.
- Align IT governance and service delivery with clinical stakeholders.
