Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in radiation transport modeling, shielding design, and radiation effects analysis.
• Experience with activation, depletion, and source term characterization codes.
• Strong understanding of neutron/gamma transport physics and dosimetry.
• Knowledge of radiation effects on materials and electronics.
• Experience designing biological and component shielding for complex reactor geometries.
• Familiarity with radiological protection (ALARA) and regulatory requirements (e.g., 10 CFR Part 20).
