Job summary

Climavision, headquartered in Louisville, KY, with remote US opportunities, seeks a Radar Fleet Operations Specialist to monitor radar fleet health and troubleshoot complex electronics. You’ll escalate issues to SRE/DevOps to maintain uptime as the fleet grows and SLAs are met.

Work with our Sr. Radar Ops Manager to learn weather-radar specifics, coordinate with vendors and field crews, and travel up to 25% to radar sites. This full-time role includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting in electronics, RF, or IT environments.
• 2–4 years of practical technical experience.
• Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor radar fleet health, data quality, and site telemetry in real time; triage anomalies.
• Follow documented troubleshooting procedures; escalate when outside procedures.
• Coordinate with radar OEMs, vendors, site hosts, and field crews by phone/email.
• Support site visits, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs; plan scope and safety.
• Assist RMA process, track parts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
