Job summary

Marketech International Corp. USA is seeking a Quotation Specialist to support sales, procurement, engineering, and project teams by preparing accurate quotations for complex semiconductor and high-tech projects.

The role requires analyzing cost data, interpreting technical drawings, and coordinating with suppliers to optimize pricing while maintaining profitability. You will work closely with engineering, supply chain, and customer-facing groups under tight deadlines, in a full-time onsite

Qualifications

• 2 years of accredited technical training or relevant education.
• Engineering, technical, data analytics, or related educational/professional background preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, cost analysis, or pricing analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations based on RFQs, BOMs, technical specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Review technical, cost, pricing, and supplier data to support quotation development.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to collect pricing, material costs, and lead-time information.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical requirements, project scope, and specifications.
• Perform cost comparisons and data analysis to identify pricing trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure quotations meet company policies, margin goals, customer requirements, and contract terms.
• Maintain accurate quotation records and assist with post-quote follow-ups.
• Align with sales, engineering, procurement, and project teams to refine project scope and pricing.
• Maintain and update project and quotation progress within the ERP system.
• Assist with organizing and analyzing quotation data for reporting and management review.
