Qualifications

• 3+ years in facility operations or a process control environment.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive safety focus.
• Knowledge of safety standards and industrial best practices.
• Mechanically inclined with understanding of industrial equipment.
• Good written and verbal communication across operations levels.
• Proficiency with process control systems (DCS/PLC) and HMIs.
• English reading and writing ability.
• Ability to obtain safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the quartz processing facility from a central control room.
• Meet production targets by managing plant systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for shipments and rail car activity.
• Operate and monitor crushers, conveyors, and other processing machinery.
• Respond to alarms and process upsets to stabilize operations.
• Work with maintenance remotely for repairs and safety compliance.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance and document operations.
• Provide regular production and process reports to management.
