Job summary

Avantor is hiring a Quality Process Manager to lead audits and drive process excellence across Europe. The role covers standardising QA processes, KPI governance, and continuous improvement across LPS operations with up to 25% travel.

You will partner with operational leaders, BAM, and customer-site teams to align quality with contractual expectations and industry best practices. Remote work across Europe is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related discipline is preferred.
• Experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement, Auditing, or Continuous Improvement environments.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, quality systems and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality audits across Europe for Laboratory & Production Services sites.
• Develop and standardise quality processes and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with site leaders to implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Analyse audit data to drive data-driven improvements and service quality.
• Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and new customer implementations.
