Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division is seeking a Quality Operations Manager to be based at our Beachwood, Ohio facility or remotely within the U.S. The role requires 25% travel and offers a salary range of $146,000 – $215,000 per year plus eligibility for a variable incentive program.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality, manufacturing or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities to drive performance that exceeds customer expectations and achieve zero-defect quality.
• Drive continuous improvement in Quality Management System and ensure EQMS/ISO/IATF standards are deployed.
• Lead digitization efforts, AI analytics, and escalation for urgent quality incidents.
• Maintain ownership of critical quality processes and align with global Quality policy.
