Job summary

Olsson is hiring a Quality Manager for Construction Materials Testing to lead onsite CSA quality activities and coordinate testing across materials from concrete to soils. The role requires managing field and lab operations, ensuring safety, and maintaining strong client relationships in a Wichita Falls, TX setting.

You will oversee project teams, control budgets, and ensure compliance with codes while delivering high-quality results for infrastructure and building projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Project Owner’s Onsite CSA Quality Manager.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and contractors, clearly communicating project expectations and requirements.
• Oversee quality control and quality assurance practices from the contractor and third-party testing agencies related to project scope.
• Perform CSA related inspections as the Owner’s Representative.
• Review inspection and testing reports to verify compliance with applicable codes and specifications.
• Organize and lead regular project meetings to ensure alignment of expectations, performance, and deliverables.
• Maintain project quality health tracking dashboard.
• Provide weekly correspondence to the client outlining project progress and significant quality events.
• Secure appropriate resources for all project phases to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships to support future business opportunities.
