Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a skilled Quality Intelligence lead to oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting for value-based initiatives. You will develop dashboards, validate data integrity, and drive quality improvements with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in healthcare quality or quality analytics, with HEDIS/NCQA payor experience and strong Excel/Office skills. Remote role from select states; no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required; 5+ years in health care administration/quality intelligence or related field preferred.
• Experience with quality measures (HEDIS/NCQA) and payor data.
• Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills; ability to validate conclusions.

• Develop and maintain quality data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Lead dashboards and dynamic reports for internal/external stakeholders.
