Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a remote Quality Intelligence Analyst to support value-based care data initiatives. You will lead data validation, develop dashboards, and collaborate across departments to improve health outcomes. A Bachelor's in Healthcare administration or quality field and 5+ years in related roles are preferred. Experience with HEDIS/NCQA and CMS knowledge is advantageous. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field is required.
• Typically requires 5+ years in Health Care Administration, Quality Intelligence, or related field.
• HEDIS/NCQA Payor experience is preferred or required.
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, tools, and measures.
• Project Management methodologies and tools knowledge.
• Statistical techniques to support analysis and interpretation of data.
• Ability to create reports, graphs, and other visual presentation materials, and maintain statistical data.
• Excellent analytical and statistical skills with ability to analyze complex data and validate conclusions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Knowledge of CMS, NCQA HEDIS, MA Stars and evidence-based guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality strategies and measures for internal and external reporting.
• Lead Quality Intelligence meetings with key stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support quality initiatives.
• Ensure data validation and integrity across data feeds and measure mapping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement opportunities.
