• Minimum seven years of relevant health care quality improvement experience.
• Strong understanding of health care policy, quality reporting, and performance improvement.
• Effective communicator and collaborator who can represent Mountain Pacific regionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned groups and contracts.
• Manage communication, contract support, service expectations, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with health care providers and partners to improve care delivery and quality data reporting.
