Job summary

Telligen is seeking a Quality Improvement Advisor to serve as the primary liaison and coach for healthcare facilities within the state, focusing on improving patient care and outcomes through evidence-based improvement activities. The role is remote, with eligibility restricted to IA, KS, MO, and NE residents, while internal candidates in other states may be considered.

Qualifications

• Healthcare quality improvement experience
• In-depth knowledge of quality improvement practices/methodologies in nursing home settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with C-suite, clinicians and admins
• Familiarity with CMS quality measures, value-based payment models, accreditation standards
• Ability to coach and facilitate improvement activities with providers
• Active EUA ID and CMS ICT account requirements within 60 days of start

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with nursing homes to identify needs and drive improvements in patient outcomes
• Partner with local, state, and national organizations to connect providers with initiatives and learning opportunities
• Analyze regional and provider-level quality data and facilitate learning collaboratives
• Provide technical assistance and translate data into actionable insights for multidisciplinary teams
