Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing testing for applications and systems built with custom technologies.
• Expertise across functional, system integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience using testing tools, BDD/TDD approaches, and test accelerators.

Responsibilities

• Design Test Scenarios: create optimized test scenarios, plan testing activities, estimate work, and identify test environment and data requirements.
• Execute Testing: perform manual and automation testing, execute test cases, report status, and address defects through triage and resolution.
• Analyze Test Outcomes: apply analytical techniques to drive continuous improvements and inform future testing strategies.
• Lead Testing Activities: oversee testing activities, ensure effective test planning and defect resolution, guide junior team members.
• Optimize Test Efficiency: develop strategies to enhance efficiency and quality, implement process improvements.
