Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing tests for applications and systems built using custom technologies.
• Proficient in manual and automation testing across functional, integration, and end-to-end levels.
• Ability to lead testing activities and mentor junior team members.
• Experience with test planning, estimation, environments, and data requirements.
• Knowledge of BDD/TDD approaches and test accelerators.

Responsibilities

• Design test scenarios, plan testing activities, estimate work efforts, and identify test environment and data requirements.
• Execute testing including manual and automated tests; report test status and defects.
• Analyze test outcomes to drive improvements in testing strategy.
• Lead testing activities and guide junior teammates in testing best practices.
• Improve testing efficiency and quality through process enhancements.
