Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with data analytics and reporting.
• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Industry with Quality/Process Improvement focus.
• 2+ years proficiency with R, Python, SQL, dashboarding including complex query writing.
• 1+ years of demonstrated success with project management.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills.

Responsibilities

• Source management and data quality improvement for SDS.
• Coordinate SDS development and data exchange across teams.
• Monitor file loads and SDS efficacy for measure impact.
• Develop SDS Tool and maintain functionality to support department goals.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and visualization from multiple data sources.
• Support audits and documentation for HEDIS and related requirements.
