Job summary

UnitedHealth Group’s UnitedHealthcare division is seeking a Senior Data Operations Analyst to manage supplemental data operations, quality, audits, and reporting across SDS. The role collaborates with the ECDP team, Quality Optimization and Insights, ECDH, ECP and other areas to ensure efficient data management for enterprise gains.

The role reports to Technology Operations and will have dedicated SDS responsibilities. You’ll be able to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with data analytics and reporting

Responsibilities

• Source management: identify opportunities to improve data quality
• Data management: coordinate data exchange across internal teams
• Monitor file loads and SDS efficacy for anticipated measures
• Communicate requirement changes and validate report production
• Audit support and SDS tracking/reconciliation
