Job summary

Independent Health Association is seeking a Quality Measurement and Improvement Analyst-Senior to integrate data sources and develop reports that explain quality measure trends. You will collaborate with business units to close care gaps and forecast trends.

The role supports annual HEDIS/QARR submissions, with opportunities to lead projects and train junior analysts, in a fast-paced health care analytics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required; master's preferred.
• 5+ years analytics experience including SAS or SQL.
• Expert knowledge of IH EDW, Health Rules, Beacon, Medicaid data structures.
• Strong healthcare knowledge: CPT/HCPCS/DRG codes and HEDIS/QARR specs.
• Ability to lead junior analysts and present complex output clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop standard reports using SAS, SQL, Quality Reporter or similar tools.
• Model quality measure rates to identify gaps and intervention opportunities.
• Create custom quality measures to support regulatory reporting.
• Lead multiple complex analyses and present results clearly to stakeholders.
