Placements24 is seeking a diligent Remote Quality Assurance Engineer to join a distributed team supporting operations across multiple regions. This role focuses on ensuring the integrity of manufacturing processes and products through rigorous testing and analysis from a home office.

You will develop test plans, identify defects, and collaborate with development and production teams to resolve quality issues while contributing to continuous improvement of quality management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance or software testing.
• Strong QA methodologies and tooling knowledge.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for products.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking software.
• Collaborate with development and production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose preventive solutions.
• Maintain QA documentation and test reports.
• Provide QA input during product design reviews.
