The role requires collaboration with multiple teams and occasional non-standard testing hours to support production turns. Remote nationwide, 40 hours per week, with a pay range of $73,400 to $100,100 per year.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in agile delivery environments.
• 1+ years writing and validating test cases.
• Experience with clinical workflows and platforms.
• Willingness to work one night/early morning per month for production turn and testing.
• Willingness to learn new applications, technologies, and QA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, scenarios, and data.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and configuration testing.
• Document defects with expected vs actual results and track to resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to investigate defects.
• Retest resolved defects and validate fixes without introducing new issues.
• Document testing activities and evidence per QA processes.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, defects, and status to team and management.
• Participate in requirements reviews and refinement to identify testing needs.
• Support testing standards, processes, documentation, and procedures.
• Provide input on future system configurations and improvements based on tests.
