Job summary

MyVA Support is seeking a versatile Quality Assurance Analyst and Recruitment Specialist for a fully remote role. The position combines QA oversight with candidate screening and interview scheduling to support high service quality across our teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in QA and recruitment within a call center/BPO environment, fluent English (C1), strong Excel and data analytics skills, and excellent communication. Bachelor's degree preferred and remote work offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Recruitment in a call center/BPO environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluent English (C1) with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analytics.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor adherence to quality policies and procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to agents.
• Develop reports on top call drivers and opportunities for improvement.
• Attend calibration sessions and contribute to quality action plans.
• Assist with candidate screening and interview scheduling.
