Job summary

Balchem seeks a Quality Assurance professional to support quality systems and regulatory compliance within our operations. Under the direction of the Quality Manager, you will help ensure conformance to FDA 21 CFR 117, SQF, and third-party standards, while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science-related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in food, supplement, or related industry.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations.
• GFSI schemes such as SQF or BRC; PCQI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support site quality systems to ensure conformance to FDA 21 CFR 117 and SQF standards.
• Drive CAPA investigations, root cause analyses, and preventive actions.
• Lead internal audits and assist in quality commercialization reviews.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and commercial teams to support new product launches.
