You will shape testing standards, oversee critical QA work, and ensure release confidence through metrics and governance. This is a senior, technical leadership role without people management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in quality engineering or test automation.
• 3+ years as domain-level quality expert across distributed platforms.
• Proven influence on automation frameworks and standards.
• Experience with large, multi-team product environments.

Responsibilities

• Define quality strategy and metrics for ExamDeveloper.
• Partner with Product Architect and Engineering to set automation direction.
• Lead process improvements for automated testing and releases.
• Review QA artifacts and mentor senior engineers.
• Represent quality in leadership discussions.
