Job summary

Willson International is seeking a Quality Analyst to support remote operations from home. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance and quality benchmarks across tariff verification, audits, and client communications.

Responsibilities include training support, process development, and collaboration with operations on at-risk categories while maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 1 year experience in customs brokerage operations or regulatory
• Customer Service experience in an office environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, database and data entry skills are required
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written is required
• Desire to learn, grow, teach and adapt to change
• Problem solving, accuracy, attention to detail is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Auditing entries to ensure compliance

• Duty and Tax applicability
• Verifying USMCA/USGR eligibility
• Section 232, Section 301 & Section 338
• Anti-dumping and countervailing duties (AD/CVD)
• TIB Closures
• Development of processes and procedures
