Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Healthcare.
- 8+ years in healthcare payer tech, consulting, or production support.
- 5+ years hands-on QNXT tech experience.
- Strong QNXT Claims Processing, Benefits, WFE, Batch Processing.
- HIPAA EDI (837/834/820/27X) experience.
- Advanced SQL and DB analysis; production issue troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QNXT technical delivery and engagements.
- Provide technical leadership across QNXT modules and integrations.
- Drive root cause analysis for production issues in claims and operations.
- Oversee release management, environment governance, and production support.
- Partner with client teams to design scalable solutions.
- Lead and mentor technical consultants; promote best practices.
- Manage technical risks and compliance requirements.
