Job summary

Slalom is seeking a TRIPS Application QA Tester to support a large-scale Core Deposit Replacement program within the financial services industry. This role focuses on manual testing across critical banking and payment processing applications, ensuring quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QA experience and hands-on testing with Tosca and qTest or Zephyr/Xray, plus experience with TRIPS, payment processing, or treasury management systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/Software Testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tosca and qTest or Zephyr/Xray.
• Experience with manual testing methodologies and defect management.
• Experience on large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Lead manual testing across assigned workstreams.
• Track, document, and manage defects through resolution.
• Coordinate testing activities with business, technology, and project teams.
• Support system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate business requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Communicate testing status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
