Job summary

ActioNet is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Tester to join our remote team, shaping testing from design through release and combining manual insight with automation to deliver dependable software for clients. You will partner with clients and developers to craft test strategies, create comprehensive plans and cases, and identify defects early to ensure high quality and timely delivery.

Must have 7+ years QA and 3+ years automated testing with Selenium, with ability to obtain Public

Qualifications

7+ years in QA/testing in software.
3+ years automated testing with Selenium.
Strong communication skills.
Understanding of the full software development process.
Familiarity with SQL.
Familiarity with source control (Git or TFS) and IDEs like Visual Studio.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
U.S. citizen or permanent resident and able to obtain Government Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients and development teams to understand system features and shape test strategies.
Create comprehensive test plans and robust test cases for reliable solutions.
Translate user stories into manual and automated test coverage.
Identify defects, risks, and inconsistencies early in the design/development process.
Perform regression, post-release, and post-implementation testing.
Document bugs clearly and coordinate with teams for timely resolution.
Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and share findings.
Build test data and keep stakeholders informed with quality status.
Deliver high-quality work on schedule.
