Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Quality Associate (QA Tester) to support QA and validation of WalkMe digital adoption solutions in GxP-regulated environments. The role focuses on accuracy, usability, and readiness for release, with a strong emphasis on documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include executing QA tests, maintaining test artifacts, performing regression checks, and providing go/no-go feedback before production releases.

Qualifications

• Experience performing QA or UAT testing for software or digital tools.
• Ability to follow structured test scenarios and document results clearly.
• Familiarity with regulated environments such as GxP or Quality Systems.
• Strong documentation of issues, reproduction steps, and expected vs. actual results.
• Excellent communication in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Execute QA testing of WalkMe content in test and sandbox environments.
• Support maintenance by updating builds and performing low-complexity tasks.
• Validate WalkMe behavior against requirements and user workflows.
• Perform regression testing to protect existing guidance.
• Document defects, usability, and performance concerns.
