Job summary

Expion Health is hiring a QA Test Engineer to own testing for our pharmacy economics platform. You will work in an agile team, executing functional, regression, integration, and data validation testing with a focus on payor data accuracy.

You’ll craft test cases, scripts, and data and push for quality throughout the sprint. You’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, and analysts, using Azure DevOps/Jira to track results and ensure traceability from requirement to release.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 3+ years of software testing experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of testing experience acceptable.
• Hands-on testing in healthcare payor environments preferred.
• Strong data testing skills with SQL and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across sprints.
• Translate acceptance criteria into testable scenarios and validate against requirements.
• Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and data for team use.
• Log defects and collaborate with developers to drive resolution.
