Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking a QA/Testing Analyst to analyze benefit, pharmacy, and formulary configurations in a pre-production environment to ensure they meet business requirements and are ready for delivery.

This role requires scripting tests, validating changes with clients, and documenting results. Responsibilities include reviewing configurations, collaborating with partners, and presenting findings via WebEx.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 2+ years’ experience or equivalent combination.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel; experience with SQL.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements and client specifications; test plans.

Responsibilities

• Reviews configuration completed by the Configuration Analyst team; develops extra test scenarios to augment test plans.
• Verifies client requirements and changes with internal teams; ensures QA/testing is delivered flawlessly.
• Documents accuracy of design, configuration and unit test plans in Salesforce Accuracy Scorecard.
• Presents test results to clients via WebEx when needed.
• Supports Sr. Testing and Validation Analysts and project assignments.
