Job summary

OmniOn Power Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to audit engineering specs and packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer standards. This fully remote role reports to the Services Quality Leader and involves TL 9000 metric support, audit checklists, and continuous process improvements.

Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years in telecom-related QA, strong Excel/SharePoint skills, and the ability to manage multiple audits while maintaining documentation integrity.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school diploma or GED.
• Experience auditing engineering documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Familiarity with TL 9000/ISO 9001 concepts and internal audits.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and cost tracking.
• Strong ability to interpret customer requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Audit engineering specifications for accuracy and compliance; document findings.
• Audit drawings, BOMs, build docs, and changes to ensure customer alignment.
• Review procedures to ensure safe installation and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain version control and align documentation with service deliverables.
• Track CoPQ metrics and support corrective actions with teams.
• Identify gaps and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Support TL 9000 metrics collection and reporting to stakeholders.
• Prepare audit checklists, gather evidence, and close corrective actions.
• Create audit summaries, trends, and dashboards to drive improvements.
• Maintain audit records and evidence per confidentiality requirements.
